At Preworn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your pre-loved item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Preworn account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Preworn tags remain attached and the item is in the same condition as received.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
